Like Mother, Like Daughter
Before Rachel and I headed out to meet up with Dee (and Mom so graciously helped watch our little hoodlums) we snapped a mother/daughter pic. It’s always so fun when we all get together! It’s funny how our relationships change (yet parts stay the same) over the years.
Rachel and I have grown closer and closer each year that passes. I just wish we weren’t six hours apart!!

Sisterly Love!

Here are my adorable G’pa and G’ma Timmerman. They had fun taking a picture with every child/grandchild/great-grandchild!

Two precious people

Nice, Kahle!
DeAnna invited Rachel and I to tag along with her and her friends for their daycare lady’s birthday. So, we got to ride in a limo to the casino by Larchwood. There was an Abba Tribute band there. It was fun to run into some familiar faces!

Ready to ride!

We attempted a family picture after church…

Webers on Christmas Day

I love Micah's look.
Here is my mom…wanting to get a good picture with her six grandkids!

Silly Grandma--Christmas Day
There was a point when all the boys were looking and smiling, but sassy Faith wanted nothing to do with picture time! She’s stubborn like her mother! :) Here are the boys checking if Santa ate his chocolate chips.

Here is an attempt at a family pic before we headed to Kahle’s 2nd Christmas program at church.

Dec. 18th
Our pictures of Kahle are kind of far away, so I won’t insert them. He did a SUPER job of singing, doing actions, and saying his line of, “Sets me apart.”

We’ve had a great time enjoying our break with friends and family. It’s been nice to catch up on odd jobs, too. Micah and I each helped with our youth group lock-in at church (on separate nights). It took a day to recover! I actually had to tell Micah and the boys it was time to stop shopping when we went out for awhile the next morning after the girls lock-in!! That was a first! We got our Christmas tree/decorations put away…after a few tears. Kahle is pretty bright, and it didn’t take him long to discover that the presents under the tree weren’t from Santa. We asked how he could possibly know that, and he told us that the wrapping paper was ours. Then, he told us that the presents were from Bomgaars (which they were). He’s a detailed kind of guy (unlike Micah and me). Anyway, Kahle was upset that Santa didn’t come, and that we didn’t have any snow yet. He and Bodee kept saying that Christmas wasn’t over yet b/c it didn’t snow.
Micah & our neighbor, Nick, took the kiddos to a place in SF called Excite. They had three hours of fun (jumping on inflatables, eating pizza and slushies, playing games, etc.) while I shopped at the mall. My three hours flew by…not so sure the guys’ time did. :) We all rang in the new year with our neighbors and friends. The boys made it past midnight! They took a good nap Sunday afternoon!
It was great seeing my students again. They are fantastic! Micah is ready to get his District FFA lined up. He’s been working on the details of the big convention coming up in March for quite some time now. It’ll be a relief when that’s done! I’m sure the boys were ready for a routine again. They usually do so well being flexible…so hopefully the transition back to daycare/school is a good one.
Happy New Year to you all. May God bless you in the 2012 days ahead!

It was a tradition for the Krull’s to go to church for the Christmas Eve service, come home, eat a meal—with Welch’s Sparkling Grape Juice, and open presents. Well, we haven’t been big on traditions in our house, but this year we did bust out some of the very tasty grape juice!

Enjoying a sweet treat after our meal
There are two things you can usually assume about Bodee. He’ll chug his drink (which he did) and he’ll make a mess (which he did). Some how, he broke his special glass. I guess that’s why he always has to use Tupperware! :) Bodee was also our entertainment after opening his stocking present. He LOVES LOVES LOVES Lightning McQueen. We got him hat/gloves.

Proud owner of new McQueen hat/gloves
There’s a video you can watch if you’d like. It’s under photos…Dec. album. Keep in mind, he watched Kung Fu Panda just before we ate supper.

We celebrated a little early with the Weber side. It worked for everyone (minus the Gramkows in Texas…they’re hanging out there b/c little premie Beckett needs to stay away from as many germs as possible. We’re all so thankful that he’s home and doing great!) The nine grandkids that were there had a fun time catching up on playing with each other. G’pa and G’ma Whipple and Uncle Jerry & Aunt Marie came, too! It’s always fun to see them! I got my baby-fix for the weekend…Maizee is just so cuddly and cute! Kahle & Bodee always talk about her. They often mention that they want a baby sister like her! Ugh!

The boys keep checking out the window each day to see if any snowflakes are falling. They think that it is suppose to snow on Jesus’ birthday….I’m afraid they’ll be disappointed. Here are two pictures from our one fun day of sledding…

A quick pose before heading down the hill again

Hanging on for dear life

Here is our Christmas card this year. I had really good intentions of taking a family picture, but we kept putting it off. Luckily, these two handsome men make the card look great!

We wish you a very merry Christmas!
We pray that you have a wonderful Christmas. May you be surrounded with love, laughter, and happiness…and remember the true meaning of Christmas…the birth of our Savior! Merry Christmas from the Webers!
